Established in 1970 by Mr. Goh Sing Yam, Chip Guan Heng began as a humble provision shop in Changi. Over the decades, it has evolved into Singapore's leading wholesaler of traditional ice cream and related supplies. Now located at Joo Chiat Place, the family-run business is managed by Mr. Goh Soo Khin and his son, Kenneth Goh. They are the primary supplier for the iconic "ice cream uncles" operating pushcarts across Singapore, as well as for cafes, gelato shops, and event caterers.
