1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, mobile applications and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by F&B Supplier.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are sellers, buyers, merchants, or contributors. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, “you” refers to that entity. Each of F&B Supplier Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries are referred to in these Terms as “F&B Supplier”.

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein. F&B Supplier may modify these Terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance, F&B Supplier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services. You shall not:

  1. Upload any content that infringes on third-party rights.
  2. Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Services.
  3. Modify or create derivative works.
  4. Violate applicable laws or sanctions.
  5. Remove or obscure proprietary notices.
  6. Use for spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
  7. Scrape or monitor the Services with bots or crawlers.
  8. Create competing products or services based on the Services.

3. Account

You must create an account (“Account”) to access certain features. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or using under supervision. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your Account.

4. Reporting Unauthorised Content

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact us. Repeated complaints may result in suspension.

5. Suspension and Termination

F&B Supplier may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted cease immediately.
