Originally operating as a restaurant specializing in authentic Shanghai cuisine, the company transitioned to a manufacturing model to meet growing demand and enhance productivity through automation. Today, Nan Xiang is a prominent producer of high-quality frozen dim sum, supplying over 40 restaurants—including Hai Di Lao Hot Pot and W Hotel—as well as supermarkets like Sheng Siong.
