Bake King

Established in 1952 by the late Mr. Tan Yee Wan, Gim Hin Lee Pte Ltd is the parent company of the Bake King brand. Bake King specializes in the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of baking ingredients and products in Singapore. Their offerings include food flavors, essences, food colors, flours, premixes, baking ingredients and additives, nuts, dried fruits, cake decorations and toppings, herbs and spices, and sugars and syrups. The company's factory, located at Kampong Ampat, is ISO 22000 certified, and over 60 of their products are Halal certified by MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore).
